- Estimated shipping time for your order within Australia is 1-5 business days;
- Estimated express services shipping time is 1-2 business days;
- Your order ships from St Leonards, NSW 2065;
- Orders received before 2 pm AEST will ship the same business day.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
- We ship business days, same day, Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
- Shipping starts from the date you receive the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email
Shipping times will also depend on which shipping method is selected and any guidance provided on product pages. You will receive tracking information after your order is placed and paid for. Please note that every catalogue item at FeverMates generally ships same/next day, except where back-orders/pre-orders are indicated on the site, or during periods of peak demand for products.
There may be delays where FeverMates warehouse is awaiting supplier deliveries, or stock is in short supply or during periods of peak shipping due to holidays or other circumstances (such as COVID-19). This delivery guideline will change for country and West Australia deliveries such as Perth.
For orders outside of Australia, product delivery is generally made within 7-10 business days from when the order is placed and paid for.
FeverMates is a global company - we work with production and shipping partners all over the world to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be.
So when do you contact FeverMates? The calculator above lets you know the best time to message us. When that day rolls around. Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait).
Hand sanitiser cannot ship outside of Australia at present & can only be shipped via road due to its flammable rating.
How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and added on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. Note free shipping above!
Can I track my order?
Tracking details will be sent to you when your order is shipped. We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT) as well as local postal services (Australia Post, Royal Mail, USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available, and if available, may be delayed in being sent. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.
