N95 & P2 respirator masks

What's the difference between a P2 and an N95 mask?

P2 is the Australian and New Zealand rating (AS/NZS 1716) for a respirator that filters at least 94% of airborne particles. N95 is the US NIOSH rating for at least 95%. The two standards are broadly equivalent, so a P2 and an N95 offer a comparable level of particle filtration — the main difference is which country's standard the mask is certified to.
